Banana Smoothie

Tasty and healthy Banana Smoothie


Prep time- 2 mins 
Serves- 2

Ingredients:-

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Tbsp porridge oats
  • 60gm soft fruit
  • 400 ml of milk
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
Method:-
1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture in two glasses and serve.
